Ultimate Headlight Restoration Process
We don't use a generic headlight repair kit that you find at your local auto parts store. We go through a full 8-step sanding, compounding, polishing and protection process to offer the best results.

Start sanding headlight with 800 grit
The first round of sanding is where the oxidization is removed. You'll see a lot of slurry come off.

Sand headlights with 3,000 grit
This is the final sanding step. The headlight is looking much clearer.

Sand headlight with 1,000 grit
As we move up the process, we remove less oxidization. The focus now is to refine the sanding marks.

Compound the headlights
Using a cutting disc, compound, and machine polisher, we'll remove the sanding marks.

Sand headlight with 1,500 grit
You can start to see a noticeable difference in the clarity of the headlights.

Polish the headlights
Finally, we'll refine the cutting step to bring out maximum clarity with a light polish and polishing pad.

Sand headlights with 2,500 grit

Protect the headlights
For protection, we'll apply a 1-year ceramic coating. This will provide durable protection.
